  3. We provide all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of your personal data against their accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

You have the right to demand from the Administrator the access to Your personal data and to receive a copy of them as well as its rectification (correction); deletion in a situation where the processing does not take place in order to fulfill legal obligations; restrictions on the processing of your personal data; object to the processing of your personal data; transferring your personal data; lodge a complaint with the Director of the Office for Personal Data Security (contact details on the office’s website at www.uodo.gov.pl) in case you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Your personal data is processed because at least one of the the following conditions of Art. 6 sec. 1 GDPR: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. when processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Company, including in connection with the performance of obligations imposed by art. 22 (1) par. 1 and art. 229 of the Labor Code and implementing acts to the above-mentioned acts, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. on the basis of consent granted for the purposes specified each time in the consent forms provided. The consent granted may be revoked at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. because processing is necessary for the purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator. They are: security property and persons (monitoring), or in the case of special categories of personal data on the basis of the following conditions of art. 9 sec. 2 GDPR: art. 9 sec. 2 lit. a GDPR, i.e. you have expressly consented to the processing of this personal data for one or more specific purposes.
  6. We process your personal data for the following purposes: conducting the current recruitment process and, based on your consent, also in subsequent recruitment of employees, providing information on the progress of the ongoing recruitment process – based on your consent.
  7. We provide your personal data to: the company providing personal data protection services and Personal Data Protection Inspector, companies providing HR and payroll, office and e-mail, software and device servicing companies, a company servicing the video monitoring system. The data is processed on the basis of an agreement with us and only on our recommendation. We do not share with any third parties Your data for personal use – only for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks. All partners who process your personal data ensure data security and fulfill all obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
  8. Your personal data is not transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organizations.
  9. Your personal data will be processed: until the end of the recruitment procedure for the position for which you are applying, based on the appropriate consent, also in subsequent recruitments, but not longer than 1 year, until the consent to their processing is withdrawn. Withdrawal of consent to processing before the end of the recruitment process will prevent further participation in it.
  10. Your image may be recorded on the premises of the company and kept. The presence of video monitoring application is indicated by visible boards containing the GDPR information clause and plates with a camera pictogram in the places where the image is collected. Data processing by means of monitoring is carried out to ensure safety and order and the possibility of its reconstruction for the purposes of evidence, information and prevention, to document undesirable events or unlawful behavior within the public space of the Company pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) f GDPR. Your personal data may be made available to the company operating the monitoring system or transferred to entities authorized to receive them under the provisions of applicable law. We store recorded and saved data for no longer than 30 days. The processing period may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary to establish or pursue any claims or to defend against such claims by the Administrator.
